Single Family Office
Our single family offices are looking for Core Plus and Value-Add strategies. They are flexible and fast in their decision-making process. The ticket sizes are small to medium and the holding period is flexible.

Multi Family Office
Our multi-family offices are looking for Value-Add and Opportunistic strategies. Their due diligence process is fast and they usually deploy larger tickets. The ticket sizes are medium to large and the holding period is generally short to medium-term.

Institutional Investors
Our institutional investors consist of pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and sovereign wealth funds and are looking for Core, Core Plus and Value-Add investment opportunities. The ticket sizes are large and the holding period is generally long-term.
Investor Demand
Core
Our Limited Partners are seeking investment opportunities within the Core strategy, which are low risk and safe. It is expected from the General Partner to ensure that the investment will remain stable with secure cashflow. Real Assets are typically located in Triple-A locations which are mostly in gateway cities. It can be stable residential or office properties with long-term leases. Due to large ticket sizes, there is on-going demand.
Core plus
Our Limited Partners are seeking investment opportunities within the Core Plus strategy where leverage can be between 20% and 30%. General Partners should be able to work with their operators in order to increase value and optimise the investment. Financial engineering, expanding margins or decreasing cost are some of the methods to increase the value of the investment and are well in demand.
Value-Add
General Partners within this category take on portfolios or real assets that require improvements either physically, in management, or operationally. Investments within a Value-Add strategy are leveraged between 40% and 65%. Medium-to-high return on investment are expected by Limited Partners and General Partners investing. Implementing value-add strategies have seen high demand.
Opportunistic
Limited Partners are looking to work with General Partners, who can deliver a high return after implementing improvement strategies. Adding value to a portfolio company or real assets can be expansion of products and services or developing new buildings. The level of leverage can be 65% or higher. Due to low interest rates the opportunistic strategy has become the asset class with the highest demanded.
